Collect My Cards stores the account and collection information needed to provide the service. This staging notice will be replaced with the final privacy policy before public launch.
Account information
We store profile information such as your name and email together with the cards, goals, wants, sales, values, photos, and settings you choose to save.
Collection and storage sharing
Your collection and storage locations are private by default. A card appears on your public profile only when you mark it Public Showcase or publish it For Sale, unless you separately share your entire collection. Your optional collector profile image and banner are public anywhere your collector profile is visible. Publishing creates a separate public listing snapshot containing the card identity, sale quantity, asking price, public description, public photos, condition or grade, and any validated external listing link. Shared views and listings do not show your sign-in name, email, purchase costs, minimum prices, storage location, private notes, or management controls.
Your collector QR belongs permanently to your account. You can remove cards from Showcase or For Sale and turn entire-collection sharing off without replacing the code. Treat a shared QR like any other link you give to other people.
Catalog photo sharing
Your own photos can appear across your signed-in views of the same card and parallel. Public catalog reuse requires the separate photo-sharing checkbox. We record when you consent and display contributed images without your account, storage, or private collection details. Check the image itself for personal information before sharing. Uncheck and save to withdraw sharing. Withdrawing catalog permission does not remove photos from a listing or collection you separately made public. See the photo contribution terms.
Problem reports and screenshots
When you report a problem, we store the description, current application page, application version, environment, browser information, screen size, signed-in account, and any optional screenshot you choose to attach. Reports and screenshots are available only to authorized administrators and are used to investigate and improve the service.
Do not include passwords, payment information, private messages, or other unnecessary personal information in a screenshot. Administrators can remove attachments when they are no longer needed; a formal retention schedule will be published before production launch.
Connected services
Personal marketplace connections are kept separate from platform-level pricing provider credentials. Collect My Cards will use authorized connection flows rather than asking for marketplace passwords.
Secrets
Platform API credentials are server-side administrator settings and are not displayed to collectors.
